Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include a 180-day warranty covering repair or replacement. The warranty does not cover overclocking, modifications, misuse, or environmental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
What if my miner arrives damaged?
Please contact us at support@omgminer.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
